Masonicare has opened their newest facility we would like to congratulate everyone who was involved in bringing this tremendous project to completion. Last week Kevin J. Bessolo, AIA, lead architect on the project, attended the grand opening in Mystic Connecticut. At just under 250,000 s.f. and 179 ILF, ALF and Memory Care units nestled on 18 beautiful acres Masonicare is a fantastic addition to the entire Mystic community. The grand opening was attended by over 100 people and was a rousing success. Unless it’s St. Patty’s Day of course. Our fun bunch of overgrown Leprechauns donned the green for our St. Patty’s Day best “keeping it green” contest. The winner didn’t get a pot of gold, but there was a nice free lunch from the company.

We are very pleased to announce that we have been selected to design a concept master plan for a new 64,746 s.f. 60 unit 3 story affordable housing project in Melbourne, FL. The project will consist of 2 three story wings with a connecting one story common area. There is also an additional 5000 s.f. free-standing commercial space on the 4.063-acre property. We will be providing professional architectural services, structural/mechanical/ electrical/plumbing engineering services, and Interior Design services.
