A residential and mixed-use building, downtown Tampa’s The Tempo at ENCORE!® is located in close proximity to Ybor City, central business district and the Channel District. Designed for the Tampa Housing Authority and named in honor of the rich musical history of Tampa’s Central Avenue, Tempo’s multi-colored exterior can also be found throughout the interior on the carpeted corridors, furnishings in common areas and on the outdoor pool deck. Amenities include: one, two, three, and four-bedroom units, pool with outdoor theater, two-story clubhouse with fitness center, kitchen, library, computer lab and game room, chapel, exhibit space and music rehearsal rooms.
